Okay Captain that is amazing. I have to know what manufacturer that is and how you assembled it. That is one of the most evocative semi-fantasy pieces I've seen in a long time.
very nice model! and great painting (and conversions, changes... I suppose?) it looks like Gandalf, but I'm sure that it's not him because he's a friend of mine! It reminds me a GW almost similar figure of Gandalf with his cart.
