Rebasing my Union Army

I'm using 5 colors...raw and burnt sienna, raw and burnt umber and white.
I'm trying to capture the look of dry dirt on a hot summer day in the deep south.
I'd like to think I got the look I was going for.
Comments, good or bad are more than welcome.
