Grand St. and Pike Alley

On the corner of Grand St. and Pike alley stands this very large building...my wagon factory, in the burnt district. This has been up here before, but now that I know more, I can make it look better.
Most of the additions and changes are on one side only, added a partial roof and a lot of burned wood and scattered tiles and ash. The lamp post I think adds a lot of character.

  6. These buildings have a style and character all their own, and are a joy and education to see. I was intrigued by the what appeared to be a blanket hanging in the window in the first picture, an incidental thing that seemed to set the whole vignette in some human context of space and time. I realise now it is the patterning of an internal (papered?) wall, which has a similar effect, yet the 'blanket in the window' was for me an evocative image.
