The Union Hale Rocket Launcher
This is the Union's Hale Rocket Launcher, something I haven't seen on other Civil War Wargaming sites. This one started life as a straw. These were used throughout the war with very little success.
They were not very accurate.
Love the work - would never know it started out as a straw! It is a nasty looking weapon - regardless of it's actual accuracy or impact on the battlefield. I love seeing your continued work. Regards, Dean

ReplyDeleteVery cool, I've never seen or heard of this before.
ReplyDeleteNice looking model. Well done.
ReplyDeleteI can imagine that thing not being accurate..looks like a medieval type of weapon.
ReplyDeleteVery good scratch build.
Cheers
Paul
Ha Haaaa! I can hear the conversation now!
ReplyDelete"Ed, you think this thing is safe?"
"Yeah Geoff, it's safe."
"You sure?"
"Yes dammit! Now come on the Rebs are coming!"
>>insert explosion here<<
