The 1st Corps. comming out of the woods
Good evening...2 posts in 2 days, this is alot for me. I found this MDF circular base at the hobby store so I wanted to see what this was going to look like. The tree is actually a weed from my backyard.
A narrow path, a small embankment, a patch of tall grass, an old stalwart tree, and some Blues in old faded uniforms make for a really nice vignette, Sir.

ReplyDeleteThe weed looks excellent, it really adds to the great looking figures you've painted.

Love it Captain, a wonderfully dramatic piece.
ReplyDeleteThe figures look great as always; I don't know what kind of weed that is, but as a tree it looks remarkably realistic.
