My direction has gone astray

Greetings everyone,
Well I was about to buy a couple of Confederate big guns from T.A.Miniatures, but I decided to build  another slot car track first, since I've got another room in the basement for a good size track and I'm in the process of building a few 1/24 scale slot cars, why not have a track.  What I'm going to build is a European rally track with all the scenery, so It sort of fits in with the terrain building. The first project are 3 pieces of track which will be an overpass. Starting with a plain black plastic track...the transformation starts...

  1. I need a a basement like yours! I am so jealous of the space of your mancave!

Look forward to seeing the finished track

  5. Great start.

Many years ago, I built a fully landscaped track for my son. I don't think I ever took photos.

I have often thought that a Quarter Mile straight track would be good, to run custom hotrods on.

I look forward to seeing more.

  6. That is so cool Captain! I will certainly be following your progress with interest. Maybe a third room for a train layout too?
